Thanks to Greg from G_T, who gave me a sweet deal on his 1999 Audi A4 V6 Quattro! It should serve us well on our trip. It's got heated leather seats, Sirius satellite radio, a CD changer and subwoofer, and a sunroof. That's all you can ask for in a car...other than that it also get you from place to place without incident, that is (I joined AAA just in case that becomes a problem).

yeah, except that loaded with all our crap the back end sags a little, so it doesn't look *quite* as cool :)
this thing was a ridiculous deal at $5,700, no doubt
ok, so it was still a good deal.
but it did require 3 stops at the mechanics and 2 tows during and immediately after the road trip. ugh. not fun. h3ll, it smells like a gasket is leaking oil onto something hot even now, so it'll be going BACK to the shop soon :(
